'A shame that the rooftopterrace, one of the highlights from the hotel, is closed. Only if you ask for it they will open it. Further I have never seen a breakfast which is so basic. Even the youthhostel is offering you more. Better not to publicate that breakfast is included because you got almost nothing. And that little that is there, you can get just from 8 am. 'I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Rio Guayas! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. One of the highlights was the stunning river view from the restaurant absolutely unforgettable. The hotel feels luxurious, with beautiful artwork and elegant decor throughout.
