'Great house with lots of privacy. Spacious inside and outside. Kitchen well equiped for large group, large pool (although only 1 meter deep). Lovely cat as frequent visitor of the terrace.'

'The vila is very nice, with good views and near cute towns and villages. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. A lot of dog hairs, and equipment to clean was missing. Even a drying rack for laundry was missing. The glasses and cutlery was not that much. We had to gather all the equipment from the apartments to cook and eat properly. Overall very nice, but we had a lot of contact with the owner to get the stuff we wanted.'

'Het is een zeer rustige en veilige plek.Het huis is werkelijk prachtig. Wij waren met een groep van 11 personen en dat ging prima. Rondom het huis is er veel plek om te zitten met een prachtige grote houten tafel met stoelen en tevens een enorme lounge set.De keuken is zeer goed ingericht. 'Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. 'Lovely house, well-equipped and easily accommodating 10-12p. Ideal for 3 fams as the rooms on levels 1 and 2 have opposite bedrooms. Great pool on a nice 3-level garden with more than enough space. On the mezzanine level a fine terrass overlooking the hilly environment. We would certainly recommend the property!'

Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more.
