'It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

'Absolutely amazing and helpful staff. I had loads of luggage and they helped me to the room with it all so I didnt have to run up and down. Lots of information about the area and what an area. In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. Loved it. '

'Dit hotel ligt middenin het centrum met een walhalla aan winkels. Het personeel van het hotel is supervriendelijk. In het hotel ruikt het overal fris. De liften werken snel. Wij verbleven op de 5e etage in een standard room, waarbij je geen direct uitzicht hebt. Maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze aan warme en koude opties. Wij hebben echt een topverblijf hier gehad!'
