'Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. The location was disappointing as we pulled up to the hotel gates in a housing estate (our expectation was a countryside hotel). Also one of the skylight blinds was broken in our room and left a gaping hole of bright light into the room which...

'Day receptionist extremely helpful as Expedia did not pass on that we needed an accessible room.Matter immediately resolved.Room very spacious and comfortable.Bathroom good.Excellent breakfast.Staff friendly and helpful.Excellent location.Free parking on road. Do not go to sister hotel for dinner, as meal extremely disappointing and certainly not good value for money!!'

'Room was clean and staff were helpful, had a family room with 2 double beds. But with having children and in a family room I would expect a child lock on the window. Also they was a screw sticking out through the wood of the room door frame latch plate.. apart from that the hotel was clean and staff were helpful.'

'Fun stay right on the promenade. The room was clean and cozy. Great for 2 people for a night or two but probably a bit small for a longer visit. Friendly staff.'

'We booked a studio and were pleased with the accommodation. The hotel is situated on St Brides Hill within walking distance of the town and beach. Parking is plentiful . There is a garden with chairs and tables, an internal lounge, billiard table and indoor pool. Our accommodation was on the second floor : two flights of stairs with good handrails . Owing to the steep hill the hotel may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.'
