'It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.'

'Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!'
