Cottages in Trefin

'The house was comfortable and very well equipped. There were vent covers on the roof that rattled constantly in the wind. It woke me and kept me awake.'

'We stayed over New year with a group of friends. Access information was easy to follow. The house was clean and tidy and very spacious with two lounge areas and a lovely large dining room.Kitchen very well equipped with everything you could think of.Only slight negatives for me were in the bedrooms. Bath towels Very small. Wardrobe in the super king room was very small and lacked any decent hangers. A couple comfy chairs in the bedroom would be nice .'

'A beautiful and unique lodging along the Pembrokeshire coastline. We would recommend this cottage for any family visiting the area.'

'Bwthyn Gwe is the most perfect home away from home we have stayed in. Simultaneously traditional and sensitive to the local area and aesthetic, whilst having modern conveniences and thoughtful touches, I can't find anything to fault with this fantastic, cosy and beautifully done-up cottage. The location is perfect, as we were here for the Boia Festival, and we had three venues less than 2 minutes walk from our front door. It is central, near two fab pubs, the cathedral and much else, whilst it's...

'We loved this place and would happily go back. The directions provided made it very easy to find and is in a lovely quiet location.'

'Absolutely lovely cottage. Comfortable and clean. Highly recommend to anyone with a family or pets beautiful local area to explore.'

'This was our second stay and will not be our last. The cottage is warm and so very welcoming. Everything is kept to a very high standard and extremely clean. It fits our requirements perfectly.'

'Cottages..com’s booking confirmation emails were fine, but I don’t understand why Vrbo have to bombard you with confusing emails in triplicate, offering additional properties and other offers all the way leading up to and during the holiday (& probably after!)Property was OK - I don’t have high expectations. Unfortunately I inherited a blocked toilet and one of the downstairs rooms smelt of boiled cabbage. But hey, I wasn’t there to sit in the property. The walks and beaches were brilliant and I...

'The property was in a great place for walks . You can walk to a pub with a beautiful view of the sea only 20 minutes on the coast path at your front door. Beautiful beaches dotted around the peninsula . Great views from the cottage, very peaceful . '

'Very pretty cottage. Close to the train station and taxis, and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Foot Path (breath-taking views). An easy walk into Fishguard and restaurants, pubs, grocery store, etc. We give the bed an “8” for comfort, but everything else was perfect or better! The owners left us a bottle of wine and some Welsh cookies, there was plenty of hot water, and the locals were friendly, relaxed and helpful.'

'This cottage is in a stunning location with magnificent views. It was incredibly clean and has everything you need for your stay. A highlight was watching the sunrise on our first morning there.'

'Wonderful stay…..Excellent introduction with many recommendations of walks and beaches etc to visit. So many lovely walks to go on without having to do too many miles in the car. Really appreciated the lovely welcome gifts. Felt a home from home. Will definitely come back.THANK YOU…'
