'Beautiful hotel in Cardiff Bay. Rooms on 7th floor are excellent and staff throughout hotel were friendly and attentive. Always stay here when in Cardiff. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. '

'It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,...

'Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. '

'Dit hotel ligt middenin het centrum met een walhalla aan winkels. Het personeel van het hotel is supervriendelijk. In het hotel ruikt het overal fris. De liften werken snel. Wij verbleven op de 5e etage in een standard room, waarbij je geen direct uitzicht hebt. Maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keuze aan warme en koude opties. Wij hebben echt een topverblijf hier gehad!'
