'We stayed for a long weekend. Everything was as you would expect, nice and clean. On the Saturday night we realised we had no hot water, at 9:00 on the Sunday morning we phoned the number out of the information pack and immediately someone came round, she couldn’t fix it straight away and we were giving options of other properties available and we’re moved straight away. Very pleased with the customer service'

'We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. '

'A lovely little cabin tucked away at the fringe of Kilgetty. Quiet and peaceful within easy distance to Saundersfoot, Temby and Amroth. The hot tub requires a bit of work but is a nice addition.'

'My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...
