'Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. '

'We had a very peaceful relaxing stay in a beautiful lodge. We went old school and took board games and cards for the evenings. Perfect for a couple wanting some time away from everything. '

'We visited for a mini break in the first few days of 2026, looking for a peaceful location to consume the final cheese and port from Christmas and set up our intentions and plans for the year. The lodge is beautifully set on the site, and feels very luxurious. Underfloor heating and the hottub were invaluable as the snow arrived! A lovely location to explore Elan Valley and the dams, and the recommendation of The Crown Inn was spot on for lunch.'

'Had a lovely stay here for the week, we had the prefect weather for it also and the views were lovely from the cabin looking out. The only thing I would say Expedia isn’t showing how many pets you are allowed when you book, only says pet friendly we have two huskies '

'Having stayed in a shepherd hut last year, we booked 2 pods for a family stay and it was as wonderful as the first. The pods had everything we needed and was comfortable and warm. We would definitely stay again.'
