« It is newly renovated; however it was done in a sloppy manner. The door handles were all loose, there were no bulbs in the side lamps I. The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. « Awful! Do not stay here. Absolutely stank of sewage, contacted the owner and was ignored, contacted again the day after and again ignored. A man then turned up at pur apartment late afternoon asking if we had "stepped in dog sh*t" and we hadnt and answered no so he then went on to tell us he ignored our message because he thought it was a scam but he checked the pipes and there was no issues and it hadnt smelled when he was there before we got there. « A very well-equipped and comfortable property in an excellent location. Flat comprises 2 decent sized bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen-diner-living space. All was in working order and had all we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and gave us a comprehensive welcome email for arrival- including some very useful directions for the labyrinth that is Saundersfoot!
