Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm . 'The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend! '

"Zeer mooi hotel, ruime en mooie luxekamer en zeer toffe badkamer. Spa is zeer aangenaam, leuk zwembad en bubbelbad. Lekker ontbijt, personeel is behulpzaam en er is ook een gezellige bar. Het hotel is op 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Pas op er is niet voldoende parking voor iedereen en dit is extra betalen. "
