« This hotel was filthy and smelly. The elevator smelled so bad you had to cover your nose. Could not get out of it once we booked. I woke up with bites on my back and legs. So probably bed bugs as well. Steer clear of this terrible property. »

« I walked in on a Monday evening. Room was moldy, wet, and disgusting. I walked down and politely said I could not stay in the room. No help, nothing, just take it up with expedia. Neither expedia nor the hotel would help in any way. I paid for an entire week, Mon to Fri and didn't even get a partial refund. I even booked the new hotel through expedia and nothing. I would give this hotel a 0 if I could. We couldn't breathe in the room. We could taste the mold in the room. Expedia will not help...

« This hotel was very pleasant, we were in a king room, it was very spacious. The balcony view of the river was amazing to wake up to every morning. It’s also very close to all of the downtown Gatlinburg attractions. Our only “issue” if you can call it that, is going into the parking garage was very tricky with a sharp blind curb only big enough for one car to navigate at a time. I would stay here again. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Even though we paid in full in advance, we were charged an extra $15 per day to use the pool. We stayed for 5 nights so that should be $75 but $105.28 was charged to our credit card in 3 separate transactions. I can't tell if it's fraud or incompetence and I don't have the energy to fight it, which is probably why they do it. They do no employ enough cleaning staff to clean all of the rooms. We were in the room when the housekeeper came and we asked that they come back later but they never...
