« Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. »

« Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable for us. There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. We walked to a lot of places in Gatlinburg from the hotel so it is in a convenient location. »
