At check-in there was a sign that said the pool was closed- when I asked when it would reopen, they said “I don’t know.” Which is fine, if you truly don’t know; but it’s not really an acceptable answer and seemed careless for someone who was paying for a stay and one of the reasons booked was for the pool/hot tub. They advertise on site parking, but don’t mention until after you book it’s an extra charge per day. Housekeeping starts around 10, but they didn’t come to the room until after 4 the one day that they came- I had already made the bed and requested towels. Internet went down the last day, and I called down, but the maintenance man seemed annoyed and had a comment for everything I said. When I mentioned the Netflix wasn’t working, he said they discourage people from using the service and it was more of a headache to use it. I hate to be so annoyed by everything that happened, but it seemed like every interaction I had with anyone who worked there was a bother from start to finish. A good location, but not the best experience for someone who just wanted to get away for a few days.
