« Perfect location for Gatlinburg. Couch in room needs to cleaned or replaced. Otherwise room and service was excellent. »

Having a culinary degree you would hope that the egss Benedict would have poached eggs, not almost hard boiled and a hollandaise sauce, not a scoop of ????. And cold potatoes too. »

« Excellent hotel, spacious and convenient! I was really impressed with how clean and roomy the accommodations were. Having individual air conditioning in each room was a huge plus, and they did not skimp on the towels! The location is perfect for sightseeing since it is close to the national park and the city center. Would definitely stay here again. »

« This was our first time to stay at the Bearskin Lodge on the River. It was clean, quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to see & do. The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be back for another visit. »

« The breakfast was awful. It took the kids so long to get pancakes the machine was so slow . No fresh fruit. No pastries. The house keepers was very loud in the mornings yelling and screaming in the hallways!! And at about 4 somebody would be delivering carts to the floors and sounds like they would be throwing them out the elevator waking us up!! Don’t go here if you want to relax !! »

« Great location but I had to pay $16.00 to park on their lot overnight. Never did that before! A clear “ money grab”. »

« I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »
