Villa's in Devon

'The house was perfect for 15 of us to stay for the weekend and we would definitely book to stay again in future. The facilities are exactly as listed and the house is conveniently located, with beautiful sea views. There are a couple of things to note that could do with improvements, the main one being that it was almost impossible to have a shower as the water pressure is very poor in all of the en suits.'

'We found Robins Victorian Villa through VRBO after deciding to get away for Christmas. We were worried at first. Trying to find a property for 4 adults, 3 children aged 3-6 and 2 dogs. We didn't think we'd find anywhere suitable within budget. This property came up and had it all. It is such a beautiful house. Spacious and had everything we needed. 'The Mole Resort is absolutely FABULOUS! Lodges are spacious, very clean and well equipped with own parking space at the door to the lodge. It is a quiet resort (whilst I was there anyway!) and this was well received. The team are easily contacted via WhatsApp which is great and there was only 1 issue I needed to bring to their attention (patio door did not lock during my stay, thought to be caused by the hot weather). 'We stayed with friends and 3 young children between us. Adrian and Jenna were such kind and generous hosts. The house was perfect for our families - lots of space and so convenient for all the amenities Ashburton has to offer, as well as local excursions. We had a great stay!'

'Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

'We were a large family group of 22. This was the first time we had all stayed together and the property worked really well for us. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other, we loved the pool. All in all our few days at this property were a great success.'

'Lovely property. But you will need to bring your own shower gel or soap, as normally these things are provided In small disposables, but was not here. Paper towels also needed to buy. Parking isn't free, £8 a day in the car park opposite.'
