'The location was lovely & property itself was neat & clean. Keys were easy to find, kitchen well equipped & parking nearby. Entrance decking was filled with moss so slipped the first night in dark. Living room heating didn't work so did bathroom extractor. Found our way around these.. but failed with bath tub. Took best part of a day for few inches of water to drain. Hopefully, these will be fixed for future guests.'

'We spend two fantastic weeks in the holiday cottage of Tongue Farm near Bantham Beach. The cottage has ample space, a veranda for enjoying the afternoon sun and a secluded terrace for morning breakfast. It contains everything you need and is yet very spacious. The quality of the beds is good and the interiour is in perfect order (and also very clean). Annette and Barry were very welcoming, but also fully respected our privacy.
