« We were hoping for a delightful stay, based on previous reviews and images from the marketing information, however we were very disappointed. Whilst the property had been cleaned inside prior to our arrival the outside space was quite unusable, rusty BBQ, chairs covered with spiders webs, dried leaves all over the floor, decaying fences and sheds, it really needed a lot of TLC - this is actually reflected in a review from 2025, so this isnt a one off. « This is a perfect place for a quiet break away from it all. The property itself is immaculate, really well furnished and stocked with everything you would need. The hosts - Barry and Annette are really friendly and accommodating - they met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. They were also there when we left - perfect hosts. All in all, a great place to stay if you want to escape for a few days. »
