'Excellent location and very comfortable. Great communications in terms of check-in. We’ve stayed before and will definitely be back.'

'The room, was filthy dirty, bed sheets smelt of mould wet dog. Cups dirty with coffee stains. Toilet filthy. Shower filthy, floor so dirty made your feet black. Walls all damaged.
