'Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location. Positives The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms. We did have a leak in our bathroom coming from upstairs which wasn't fixed and also there was some noise coming from upstairs. Housekeeping only came once in three days and didn't fully clean, I did mention this on the last day but...

'Very nice Hotel. Staff were all on point. Nice to get a “Meet & Greet” at the entrance. Good location with lovely views. Food was very good although it was a limited menu and we struggled with variety after a few days. Breakfast buffet was also very good. We will be returning. '

'Perfect location close to town centre. Property comfy & cosy, quirky & lots of character. Very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, second floor a lovely place for young people to have their own space. Interior mostly very clean - a few things missed. A few things also need updating or repairing. Stairs to first floor really are very steep & there was also a low ceiling so anyone who is tall needs to be careful!'
