'Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. 'Everything was good. The gym is much better than most hotel gyms. We just had one slight glitch when housekeeping didn’t replace the soiled towel I left on the floor. I called down and got extra towels promptly so not really a complaint. It would be nice if coffee and tea were left out all day.'

'The room was comfortable and clean. We loved that the pool was open late. A little disappointed in the service at the restaurant. We think you need to have more waitstaff. Our Saturday breakfast was not served together. I had already eaten mine before my husband's came. There wasn't a tablecloth on our table. And the waitress never said sorry. When I told the front desk, he acknowledged it but neither did he apologize.'
