Instructions for the cabin amenities, binder with information about things to do in the area, robes, marshmallow sticks for the fire, coffee, stocked kitchen, throw blankets for the couch. Ice available to buy on site is so helpful when heading out very early to tailgate. '

'This property is better in person than in the pictures. Beautiful home on the banks of the Clarion River. Quiet and serene. The porch was huge and we sat on it both nights of our stay where we listened to the river softly flowing and watched the eagle fly up and down the river (amazing).
