'The personnel was very friendly from the moment I entered the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom, spacious shower. Breakfast good quality, enough choice, also of real fresh fruits. And positive : parking space in the parking garage next to the hotel included in the rate. Will for sure go back when in Reading next time. '

'I checked into a room that did not have a working hvac unit and when I went down to the front desk to tell them this, I was told that "the little trick" they have probably won't work, so they had to move me to a different room. Only one elevator was working and the lobby was very warm. "AC hasn't worked since last Saturday" per the desk clerk. Now my husband & I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. This time was a disappointment.'

'Just stayed for one night. Travelled with family including young children and elderly parents. Premium suite provided the option to stay together with 2 separate bedrooms. I feel the photos looked much better than actuals. I was expecting more than what I experienced.'
