I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

« Won’t recommend at all, when we first check in the room they assigned was supposed to be a non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working, we asked for a change, they did it but that room was worse than the one before. Fridge was full of mold, when we turned on the AC wasn’t working properly and again the cigarette’s smell was bad, the bed was a joke, you can’t move at all or you would hear all the springs cracking. « Exceptional welcome by the lady at the front desk. 1st time we tried this brand and we were quite impressed. Top clean, spacious, and well located. We tried another location after and it wasn’t as exceptional as this one. »
