« Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value. »

« This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

« Great location, parking was perfect in the lot right next to the unit. Only complaint was the electronic door lock was a little tricky to operate at times. I would suggest an internal lock, such as a chain or extra deadbolt, just for more security. Overall, we had a great stay and my husband can’t stop raving about the shower head. We would stay here again! »

« The room is pretty great! But we were told we were gonna be sent the information for check in before check in so we went out waiting and by 4:30 heard nothing. I’ve called several times and it kept telling me to leave a voicemail, I even texted and emailed too trying to figure out anything I could. Finally they answered my call and said we would get check in information when we got there instead. »

« We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there...
