« There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. « Perfect communication, clear access, and a great location for where we needed to be. Really cool epoxied I concrete floors made it easy to have our dog with us, and modern fresh new bathroom with lighted mirrors, and the fanciest heated toilet seat/bidet/dryer business we’ve ever seen. Who knew we would leave a two-night stay NEEDING a heated toilet seat for home?! Great spot, nice and clean. »

« This property was excellent. Lots of upgrades and a really nice space inside. There are two levels with the upper level being a private bedroom (loft type). Kitchen was stocked with what you need to cook and coffee pods and all of the needed dishes and cookware to cook our meals. The area is lovely and has coffee shops, breakfast and burgers/pizza. The only issue we had was the market nearby was international and not what we were looking for and there was an Aldi about a mile away. Highly...
