'The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!'

'The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!'

It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. 'Martha provides everything for a super comfortable stay. We only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to book again. Very convenient to Sight and Sound Theatre and located conveniently to unlimited tourist attractions. Super clean, super comfy, and a super host !! '
