'The pool is fantastic. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool so my daughter and her friend could swim for her birthday. It has a seasonal outdoor pool that’s connected to the indoor pool. Highly recommend. Close to lots of restaurants.'

'I am a repeat customer. Very disappointed this time. Sign says no room service unless you stay 3 days…we did…never would get new towels or tp…had to go asking. Ice machine broken. Breakfast drink machine broken…could have at least put out a pitcher of ice water. Room carpet was gross feeling. Had to keep shoes on. Bathroom ceiling paint was chipping terribly and literally falling on the floor. Stood in 3 inches of water when showering. Filth around washcloth bar ends. Very disappointed.'

'I have family in the area, so I am there at least once a year. I always stay at the Marriott North, usually for eight or nine nights at a time. The rooms are clean (and recently refurbished), the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. There is a decent bar and restaurant on site and an indoor pool for the little ones. There are numerous options for dining and shopping in the immediate vicinity (although you have to drive). A lot of hotels have sprung up in Cranberry...
