'Staff was nice, Had everything we needed but I’ve never been in such a dusty room. HVAC definitely needs a maintenance/upgrade. I dusted room daily myself but within minutes dust was settling again from the dirty HVAC unit. They are under some renovations so I’m sure there will be plenty of upgrades sometime soon. '

'We experienced lots of issues during our stay. Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. 'Breakfast was cool.
Hotel was not clean. There were ants in our room. anoone ever came to address them. Probably because they do not come and get trash or clean the rooms for three days. There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. '
