'Terrific hotel in every way and we are planning to return soon as possible, even though we live 3-1/2 hrs away and don't need to be there! (Skaneateles is a beautiful village a few minutes from the hotel.) Immaculate property in and out. Great pools - indoor and outdoor. The two very large hot tubs are covered by the new restaurant deck above, making them useable in any weather. 'Breakfast was low and out of waffle mix and items. Bedroom did not have sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa and had to go ask for some very late at night when got in. Renovating so when checked in there was Sheetrock all over the floor and dust. Parking difficult when hotel Full due to renovation dumpsters taking up lot.'

'I arrived and was told they had an airport shuttle so I scheduled a ride. I double checked before going to bed and in the morning at 4:25am was told they don’t have a shuttle and whoever I spoke to was incorrect. I had to scramble and pay for an uber. If you want budget friendly this is nice but definitely don’t recommend and won’t be staying again'

'Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us.'

'Great breakfast options. Staff was friendly even when my daughter made a huge spill in the dining area. Owner was great with his staff as well, from what I seen. Only thing was the noise of either staff or a guest our last night there at 1230am. They even had a welcome bag for my daughter of snacks and a water. That was super sweet!'

'The staff were very helpful. My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…'
