'No water in the rooms , no coffee maker in the room the room was smaller than we thought when looking out the window we saw the roof and air conditioning unit. we will not be coming back. drinks were weak at the bar, and the food wasn't all that,'

'Convenient to my visit. Easy in and out of the parking lot. Hotel is in middle of renovation No ice machine on my floor (3rd). No coffee maker in my room. Reported it twice, but was never replaced. TV guide on screen was almost unusable. Channel numbers listed did not match the on screen. Shower not hot, but gets much hotter after 3 or 4 minutes after face is covered with soap. Staff told about problems, but no action.'

'Parking situation is a bit confusing but once figured out the stay was clean and comfortable'

'I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!'

'Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchenette had incredibly limited dishware- literally 2 plates, bowls, and glasses with a few pieces of silverware. No mugs for hot drinks. No cookware to use on the cooktop. Unfortunately, noisy hotel guests can be heard very clearly through the walls. We had the ADA accessible room which was mostly accessible, with a few obvious issues: cupboard doors block access to kitchen sink, provided soap dispensers inaccessible to person using shower bench,...
