'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. 'Everything was phenomenal from start to finish; the staff, the food, drinks, and room was 10/10. We told them about us celebrating my girlfriend receiving her PR card, and they upgraded our room, free of charge. Everyone was incredibly generous, and got us to try food/drinks that we didn't ask for but absolutely loved. It was just an amazing time, and I highly recommend going there. Once we're able to, we most likely will go again! It's truly a gorgeous resort.'
