'We had the best time! Service-Excellent Pool-Excellent Food-Excellent Beach-Okay. Water was pretty, but not accessible due to the amount of the rocks. Plus, large amount of the Sargasm blooms on the beach, but that’s not their fault. We would definitely return to Hilton Playa Del Carmen.'

'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore.
