'This was our second time at the St. Regis Kanai (we went last year as well), and it was excellent yet again.
The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious, and very clean.
The butler service is stellar (Rafael and Dali are top-notch) and all the staff is wonderful. All are very polite, friendly, and professional.
The food delicious (Toro is our favourite)
The pools are so beautiful (there is one adult only pool, but we did not visit it)
It is a family friendly resort, so there were children...

'We loved our stay at Jungala!!
The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! '

'Our room and view were amazing!! The staff were fantastic!! Food was delicious and they were more than willing to make some things that weren’t on the menu like a simple sandwich 😊.
Our only criticism would be the lack of hand railings and a way on and out of the family pool, pretty much have to climb out.'

'This is the only place we stay now when we visit Cozumel. I have come to island 5-6 times and found this place the on my second trip. The staff is always friendly, the food is good, great ocean access for snorkeling or a shore dive and the rooms are always clean. It's only about a 15 minute walk to downtown and if you want to rent a scooter or book an excursion, there is always someone there to help you. I would definitely recommend. '

Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!!
Great value for a boutique hotel!!
Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different!

'My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend. '
