« L’appartement n’est pas en très bon état bien qu’il soit propre. Très bruyant, réveil à 1h du matin et 5h du matin par les autres résidents… il n’y a pas de rideau donc le soleil nous réveil également très tôt. Le lit n’est pas confortable donc nous ne passons pas une bonne nuit Le seul point positif est que l’appartement est bien placé »

« A fantastic place to stay in Tokyo close to Shinjuku. Well-designed flat that makes the absolut most of the space available. Nice balcony and well lit space. All the equipment needed is there and works flawlessly. I will stay there again. »

« Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. »

« We had a lovely stay at this property. Plenty of room & walkable to subway station & all sights in Tokyo. We enjoyed having a small kitchen to use. »

« I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...

« Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common. »

« We stayed at Tsubame Hotel Asakusabashi for two weeks as two adults with our 2-year-old child, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The location is very quiet but still perfectly connected to the train, making it easy to explore Tokyo. There are many restaurants nearby, and we especially loved the beautiful evening walks along the water. The accommodation itself was very clean and peaceful, with surprisingly large rooms compared to many other places in Tokyo. The staff was extremely friendly...
