Villa's in Kanton Roquebillière

'This is a very cool house. The views are incredible, including toward the Roman ruins in La Turbie. It’s an easy down/up walk to the village where there is a small but well stocked grocery store, a wine store, bakery, and several terrific restaurants and cafes. We were traveling with my 77 year old mother in law and she had no problems walking back up to the house from the village. 'Eric a mis récemment ce pavillon en location et je suis sûr que ce sera une pépite parmi les biens de la région. En effet, non seulement le bien a une piscine profonde et grande mais il a également une salle de sport. Eric a investi dans un barbecue Weber. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de la climatisation. Toutefois, nous n'avons pas réussi à éteindre la clim dans une des chambres. Enfin, la maison donne sur une vue imprenable sur le Var. Je ne peux que recommander ce bien.'

Es gibt einen eigenen, gut befahrbaren Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Die Zimmer der exponiert über Menton gelegenen Villa haben wie auch die Küche alle Meerblick, und was für einen! 'We spend three weeks at this great location in the mountains with quite quick access to Nice, beaches and Monaco. The couple owning the property Sabine and Georges are very lovely people and always happy to help if required. The pool was great and the property well maintained. The house is next to the main house with a seperate access door and the garden is shared however enough privacy. 'Huis is groot. Onder het huis zit een andere woning dus echt privé is het niet. Mooie locatie op 150 mtr hoogte. . De toerit heuvel op vergt wat oefening.'

'house was pleasant, very clean. views from terras and swimming pool beautifull. lot of stairs if you, use your car you'll be in city centre in 5 minutes. if you like to walk know that you have to walk about 100m down and up again. and then like 30 minutes to old town. but down the hill are bakerys boucherie, restarants etc. contact with owner and with "congierge" was easy and quick.'
