'This was not a good first impression, this was my first all inclusive experience and first time out the country… this place was under construction & closing the property soon and they did not inform me of that or I would have booked somewhere else the amenities where not available as they was listed. The battery died on my door so I had to wait for the stuff to come fix it which was very lengthy. The tv was down most of the time & the Bluetooth speaker was also not working for the bathroom. I...
