My wife and I have only been to a few All Inclusive Resorts, but this one was far and away our FAVORITE! It's not a very big resort so we had no problem getting chairs at the pools/beach or tables at any of the restaurants (no reservations required for our Party of 4).
Speaking of the restaurants, the food was off of the charts, delicious! We dined at Fishnets, Picante, Silk City and Co-quette. I'm not a foodie (far from it), but my Wife is. We both agreed on how fantastic our meals were at each restaurant. Since we were with another couple, we were able to order a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts and sample all of them. The desserts blew us away, as well! Also, the breakfast/lunch buffet, which can sometimes leave a little to be desired at All Inclusives, was not lacking at all. Tons of variety and flavor!
We were glad we upgraded to The Xhale Club as it gave us access to a 3rd infinity pool (heated) on the Roof Top (29 stories up). Stunning views! It was a perfect place to spend the evening, watching the sunset, before going out to dinner.
Our room on the 20th floor, ocean front was impeccable. Well stocked and cleaned upon request. Downloading the App (World of Hyatt Inclusive Collection) is a must before your stay. It puts everything at your fingertips. Also, it has menus for all of the restaurants.
I've got to say, the most impressive part of our entire stay was The Staff. Across the board, EVERYONE we encountered, was Friendly and Genuinely Kind.❤️
