'We had a wonderful time staying at Countryside Florence Villa. Pool was an absolute highlight during the heatwave Italy was experiencing at the beginning of our trip. Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City. The property itself is large and well looked after with lots of character - huge fireplaces, old wooden ceiling beams and tiled floors. 'We spent 12 days in this lovely place. First of all the warm welcome of our hosts, Beatrice and Stefano, was so nice after our long trip by car. The house was very clean and it was nicely chilled inside due to the airco. There were bottles of homemade red wine and olive oil, cookies, as well as a bottle of white wine and refreshments in the fridge. So nice! Further the really stunning views outside on the historic city of Pistoia and the beautiful surrounding green hills makes this place...

'We stayed two weeks at this beautifull house. We really enjoyed it. Nothing is to much for Silvia and Giovanni if you need some help or tips. They are great people. 'Mooie omgeving, weg naar huis toe is 2 km lang ‘hobbelen’ over zand en stenen. Barabara is erg aardig, snel en behulpzaam. Natuur om je heen brengt veel ‘beestjes’ met zich mee, daar moet je je op instellen (schorpioenen, duizendpoten, hoornaars). Bij het huis veel ruimte, rust en een prachtig zwembad. De bedden liggen goed, weinig kastruimte (wel hang, maar geen planken). Dit verschilt per kamer. Beneden grote douche, boven erg kleine cabine en/of in een badkuip douchen. 'Firstly, I could not get in touch with the property host after making multiple attempts to contact him. The morning of our scheduled arrival, I had to contact Vbro to file a complaint.The property was very old and grimy. The internet did not work at all - and we had people who were working remotely so had to leave to town to connect with internet. The power went out 2 days in a row and we had to wait 6 hours before an electrician came over and the second time, waited overnight for power. When...

'Warm, friendly hosts with incredible accommodations. Ilaria and Nicola went out of their way to ensure our stay was very memorable. Extremely clean with large spacious rooms. Every convenience available. Antique furniture added charm and elegance. Views of the rolling Tuscan hillside were fabulous. Train station not far for an easy commute into Florence. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful property. We would love to return in the future!'

'Gabriele is a fantastic host! Even though we unfortunately didn't met, the contact through whatsapp was perfect. He responded really quick and answered all our questions. Franca took care of us when we arrived and departed. Also a very kind, interested, helpful and lovable person. The house is all you can ask for and then some. It is situated uphill just outside Pistoia. (first time up was exciting :-)). Very nice located for easy trips to Florence (recommendable by train!), Siena, Lucca. Great...

'A very relaxing holiday for everyone. Great swimming pool was lots of fun. The two houses worked very well for our family of ten. Plenty of bathroom space. The weekly market was brilliant. A few nice restaurants for a lovely night out. All in all wonderful.'

'Dejlig rummeligt hus, der dog mangler en upgradering teknisk, bl.a. var der ikke nok strøm i huset til at 2 køkkenmaskine kun bruges samtidigt. Der manglede lidt basalt køkkenudstyr. Poolområdet fungerede fint, selvom inventar kunne trænge til fornyelse. Det var varmt, ca. 32 grader og vi savnede fans eller aircon i huset'

'Oh how we love i vivai. We stayed here last year and we knew we just had to come back. The place looks amazing, the staff are really friendly, the breakfast is delicious, the food by the pool is the best and for us the most important thing. It is super clean! I have asthma and have a hard time finding places i can stay in. But this is excellent. We are at our second stop in italy now but we miss i vivai already! They could learn a thing or two from i vivai! Wish we never left! '
