'We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too. 'The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano).'

'Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.'

'We loved our stay at “Villa Rosa”. The owner was very informative and provided all the detail and recommendations we would ever need. 'Villa Gagnoni is a well restored authentic Tuscan farmhouse in a superb, tranquil "away from it all" natural setting. 'Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.'

'Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas réussi à trouver un professionnel pour résoudre le problème de piscine dès le mardi 16...

'Hotel vlak bij centrum Pienza (1 min lopen). Prima hotel op alle vlakken echter het zwembad was in het midden van veel bouwactiviteiten erom heen. Geen aankleding, geen parasols (bij 38 graden), compleet sfeerloos en gedomineerd door de bouwactiviteiten links en rechts ernaast. Te duur voor de huidige staat van activiteiten en dit zou op zijn minst vermeld moeten worden. Dit was langdurig, niet tijdelijk. '

'Het huis staat op een fantastische plek boven op de heuvel met een fantastisch uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig, het kan alleen schoner en de keuken was/is niet schoon. Ook flesjes met deet is geen luxe. We hebben genoten van het zwembad. De eigenaar reageerde elke keer snel en accuraat!'
