'Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. 'Excellent location, easy walk to many tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 nights which we then headed to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. We left our luggage at the hotel without any issues. Best part of the hotel are the staff! Very helpful and always there to provide any guidance about Hanoi. 'Hotel Meritel is een fantastisch hotel, op alle vlakken. Het is goed gelegen in de oude stad, het personeel is next level professioneel, vriendelijk en altijd klaar om te helpen. Een speciale vermelding voor Anh van de receptie, wie er er voor zorgde dat je we ons ontzettend welkom voelden. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker, met zowel Westerse als Aziatische opties. Wanneer we opnieuw naar Hanoi gaan, gaan we zonder twijfel opnieuw hier logeren .'

'J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel début avril avec un ami. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et toujours prêt à aider. L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!'

'The room though small was ideal as a solo traveller The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist me There is no car access to the hotel but the staff are there to assist with luggage etc. The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needs'

'We only stayed here for one night but wish we had stayed longer!! The staff here are so incredibly welcoming and helpful, I’ve never felt like such a VIP. We received a little honeymoon welcome gift to our room which was very special. Our room was clean and the AC was on and strong before we even stepped into the room.
