'Zeer mooi hotel.

'Very well located, with easy access to Hanoi’s Old Quarter—everything is within walking distance. I have not been disappointed with my choice of this hotel, from the moment we arrived for check-in and received such a warm welcome. We enjoyed a personalised one-to-one check-in, along with a welcome drink and fruit. We also received an upgrade, which is always a lovely surprise! The room was spacious, and whenever we needed anything, we could easily contact the reception. The staff were always...

'Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

'Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'Very cost effective and friendly staffs'

Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.'

'Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

'We had a lovely stay at O'Gallery Premier Hotel. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The overall atmosphere was cozy, and the hotel offered everything we needed for a pleasant visit. Would definitely recommend for anyone seeking a well-maintained place with great service.'

'Staff very super nice, helpfu and knowledgeable about the area and Hanoi in general. Accommodation was very good and the hotel is located plumb in the old quarter very close to lots of shops and markets.'

'The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

'V has constructed a wonderful crew ;friendly and helpful ! Ruby was always smiling and upbeat Cleaning crew were very respectful I highly recommend for convenience and joy when visiting Hanoi!'
