'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. 'We arrived the day after Hurricane Beryl, there was no one at the hotel, we had the hotel to ourselves. We enjoyed every minute is this paradise. The road that leads to the hotel is shabby but that just adds up to the charm of this hotel. Paradise! '

'I stayed at Unico with a large group of family members. There were 14 of us total. We all had an amazing time an Unico. Firstly, we were assigned a host named Luis and he was awesome! He checked in with me every morning to see if I needed anything and to make reservations at any of the restaurants. We chatted through WhatsApp messenger which made everything easy.
