'It is a " love hotel " which it doesnt tell you on expedia , and the location is far away from everything including the train ( 2km) 30 min walk . But as a hotel it was great !! Clean and cleaned every day clean towels , sheets, a Great jacuzzi tub and a good shower . Everything you could want in a room. Big bed , big screen tv , karaoke and a fridge , microwave , a stand up fan good , and good air conditioning . Honestly its an amazing room for the price . But it is a love hotel .'

'I didn't realise this was a love hotel before booking, and probably wouldn't have booked it if we'd known. What a mistake that would have been apart from the talking point back home. 'Wonderful hotel, giving a relaxing feel inside the city. Very nice traditional Japanese breakfast box. Although a bit away from the main sights, it is conveniently located on some bus lines, so in the end easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 'I stayed here the second time. The hotel building is very clean and sound proof. A good western hotel with Kyoto design. It was a very relaxing stay. Our room had a washing machine, magnetron and mini kitchen. I could cook a noodle soup with veggies. With some children a great choice. It took some time to find right busses. Bus 84 and 81, Karasuma Line and Keihan line. All walking distance. '
