'Loved the town of Amboise and how convenient Jacky’s apartment was to everything. Two couples shared the well equipped place with plenty of room to stretch out. Appreciated having comfy beds and bathrooms with enough towels. A few stairs to get to up to the apartment but results in a good view of the river. Being at the hub to the bridge is convenient. Luckily traffic noise wasn’t a concern. Our friends in the front bedroom would have liked opaque or blackout shades to block morning light but...

'Lots of space, laundry, great location, cozy bed, control of heat. It's a little warn out and the gas cooktop didnt work which was disappointing since we had planned to do more cooking. There was a counter top convection oven, a microwave that we made do. For the price, worth the stay.'

'Great place to stay while in Amboise! Everything was just as described in listing & all photos matched the home. Everything in home was nice including the furniture, bathroom accomodations, kitchen, ect. Couch was a fold out bed so this place can easily handle 4 adults, 2 couples, or a family with kids. Bedroom was very large with a comfortable bed that easily fits 2 adults. Plenty of extra covers & blankets too. Also, has 2 dressers for clothing if needed. I typically live out of my suitcase...

'Mooi compleet appartement tussen winkels en restaurants. Erg schoon en gezellig ingericht.Vriendelijk en goed ontvangen door Pascale, ze is een prima gastvrouw! Eigen parkeerplaats is ook heel fijn. Uitstekend verblijf en vertrekpunt om de kastelen langs de Loire te bezoeken en dan heerlijk in Amboise te gaan eten, keuze genoeg!'

'We spent almost a week at La Maison des Cochers and could not have been happier with our choice. Not only is the first-floor apartment convenient to reach - no schlepping of luggage up and down stairs -, it is also situated on a mostly pedestrian street with easy access to the castle, shops and restaurants. 'We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Amboise. It overlooks a walking mall in the very center of town. For us, parking was no problem at all. Our host communicated clearly with us before our arrival and was responsive to our questions about the unit. The apartment was as described in VRBO and very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Overall we had a wonderful time in this apartment that enabled us to enjoy Amboise and the whole Chateau region.'
