'The pool and hot tub were excellent. Beds were average to above average. King-size bed is really a Queen. Comfortably sleeps 10 upstairs and 11downstairs. Living room furniture is ready for replacement along with the patio chairs. It was fun being able to get 8 chairs around the table for food and games. Appliances, kitchen items and linens were perfect. Loved having a good washing machine and dryer. Overall, loved being there. Would love to stay there again sometime.'

'This was the second time we stayed on the ranch. It is very spacious with lots of room. We had 9 adult women and we each had our own bed with lots of room and bathrooms. It's very nice and clean and Jim and Twila are very friendly and helpful. When I sent a message to them asking for help they were very quick to answer and came quickly when we needed them.'

'Super cute cottage and perfect for a weekend or week away ! Had everything you need and right across street from lake and launch. Plenty of room to park toys and car.'
