« We stayed in the Farmhouse for 3 nights with our dog who is a 40 lb curious George of a beagle and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time here. The property is beautiful with so many different varieties of fruit trees and beautiful plants, lovely sunrises and even better sunsets over the canyon. You cannot beat the location if you want to be close to the beaches, Santa Monica, LA, Malibu and so many things to do. As for us, we just wanted a nice break from the rat race and a little down...

« Le propriétaire, Milo, nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de très bons conseils. L’emplacement est top, belle piscine avec toboggan pour les enfants. Très belle terrasse ombragée. Intérieur un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Idéale pour 3 personnes. »

« T.J. was an excellent and accommodating host! He had intimate knowledge of the area and made great suggestions for us to make the most of our time in LA. The property itself was beautiful, and my partner and I wish we'd had more time to thoroughly enjoy it. If we are ever back in LA, though, The Patrician is definitely at the top of our list for a place to stay! »

« I really liked how the place was really quiet. It was in a good neighborhood and they made it very convenient to check-in. To answer the phone when I called immediately and returned to all my calls and I like that, because I don't have to send around outside plus they had parking although it did cost $18. It was worth it »
