'The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run).'

'They had bedbugs, i got bit up all over my body and they did nothing about it. I Tried talking to the owner and she acted a fool with me, stating that I'm the only one getting bit up. Clearly they didn't care. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this properly to no one not even my worse enemy. I still have masks that's still trying to heal from the bites.'

'I stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it. Great location. Beautiful, clean, safe neighborhood. Only knock was one of the other guests woke me up one night close to midnight as they went to the wrong room and tried to get in with the wrong code. Never jumped out of bed so fast! But it was an honest mistake.'

'Misleading title, damp towels rolled in basket, poor quality beds, poor quality tvs. There was a person on the patio from the main house wehn we arrived. This is not acceptable. The place is a car garage converted so it is not very large. Jacuzzi warm and NOT hot at all. This is a very brief summery, there could more details to accompany. Overall, underwhelming. The area is very nice and it is a great locaton for those that are not looking at the details, many of which are obvious larger...
