'I booked this “hotel” thinking it was part of a known hotel chain. It turns out to be a random guest house hiding behind a misleading, almost-identical name. The minute you book, you get a text from a random number demanding a photo of your driver’s license. No explanation, no professionalism, just a sketchy text message asking for personal info.
