'David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. 'We had a really nice stay at Sara's apartment. Our group (3 friends) each had our own, comfortable space and beds. The living room was nice, with good light from the bay window. Kitchen was decently stocked, but really only used it for breakfast and some snacks before dinner. Having 1.5 bathrooms was very nice too. 'Perfect property for us. Close to Inner Richmond, e-bikes right up the street. Every convenience for cooking at home, and short distance to great restaurants. Super comfortable and spacious, even some outdoor space. Loved it. Would stay again in a heartbeat!'

'Stayed 5 weeks. The location perfect. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, just residential traffic going one way. But you can walk to the Haight for boutique shopping, or party in the Castro without needing a ride.'
