'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...

'The room looks nice at first and has enough for a place to stay and sleep but there was 2 cockroaches that came during our 3 day stay but the area is a good spot . It’s nice to stay and sleep and located near a 7/11 and good area but be aware of bugs'

'This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. 'it's actually is a condominium unit or timeshare. The registration process was a little complicated but the property itself is beautiful. The roof top pool was a nice treat. There's construction going on next-door but it's not very intrusive. Be wary of the route that Google Maps gives you to get to the Hotel. One goes through some questionable neighborhoods with dirt streets, the other is very direct.'
