'Really enjoy the stay, however the preferred status thing is kind of a weird setup. You pay a lot of extra money for it and yet I never saw anyone stop anybody going from the common area into the preferred area. The buffet was very good really enjoyed that, however the steakhouse was a real disappointment. The stakes were extremely chewy and tough and mine was completely undercooked and we just got up and left mid meal. The pools were spotless and clean and the highlight of the resort. The...

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
