'We arrived and explained we needed the bed set up in the living room- told us to call. Also, advised us they would not give us any kitchen utensils unless we called. 6pm we called to get the bed set up for my son, no one showed, called agained at 7,8,9,10pm. Got the blankets at 10pm. No pillows, just a sheet. Pull out was awful. We had also called down for utensils. Those never arrives that night, nor the next day when we went down to complain we had no means to eat our food the night prior....

'In dit hotel kun je het gevoel krijgen volledig onzichtbaar te zijn. Je betaalt behoorlijk wat, maar je krijgt er niet die service voor terug die verwacht mag worden. Het is een beetje een 'nieuw rijken' sfeer. Daarom ook luidruchtiger en op bepaalde punten platvloerser dan wij in ieder geval verwacht hadden.'

'This hotel was perfect for our family of four with kids ages 9 and 11. Plenty of room to roam and spread out and enjoy direct beachfront access. We enjoyed the large footprint of the resort and the way it’s located directly on the beach. The pool is wonderful and the amenities are great: towels, chairs, access to games like soccer and volleyball on the beach and corn hole and ping pong on the large patio, which had nice seating and umbrellas and a fire pit at night. Very convenient to have...
