Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Very disappointed with our experience this time. This was our second stay, and our first visit was significantly better, so we returned with high expectations.
Despite booking ocean view and requesting to be on the upper floors. We were placed on the seventh floor, which was surprising and disappointing since our previous stay had us much higher up. The room was also not clean upon arrival, with visible stains and messes on the floor.
Housekeeping was frustrating as well. They only cleaned half of the suite, leaving the rest exactly as we had left it. After we complained, we went out for the day expecting it to be properly addressed, but when we returned, the carpet still had not been vacuumed — the same dirt was still in the exact same spot. It felt incomplete and careless.
We were told we would be upgraded, but that never happened. It seemed like the hotel may have been overbooked, but the lack of follow-through and honesty about the situation was disappointing.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards we experienced before or what we expected more for what we paid to stay there.
