'Check-in was terrible. They forgot to send the instructions via WhatsApp, and my friends weren’t sure if it was a scam or not. They ended up walking around for an hour without internet. Eventually, they were able to contact the host with help from someone who had a nearby store, and she called the host for them. It was really frustrating for my friends.'

'Had a brilliant stay at the Heavencrest Apartment and the apartment is clean ,spacious and very close to all amenities. The check-in team was really helpful and supportive with all our needs Rooms : 2 nice large rooms with 1 ensuite bathroom (another room with separate bathroom but attached balcony) Kitchen has a separate balcony too and kitchen is fitted with all necessary kit (Crockery/kettle/toaster microwave dishwasher etc) Taxi's easily available outside the apartment building and plenty...

'The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. Check-in and check-out were well organized. Free parking in the garage of the building. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only negative point is that the public spaces of the building a look a bit outdated.'

'It was so bad it was almost funny. Too much to explain in detail, but room was poor value for money and communication and organisation of this hotel is seriously lacking'
